- Fish Camp:
Last August, I ventured down to Palestine, Texas to embark on my first of many Texas Aggie Traditions-- Fish Camp. From pulling up to see the crazy-colored hair and tu-tu's, to yelling cheers about Ice Cream (our namesake was Kruse, the owner of Blue-Bell), to attending my first yell practice and first "parties" as an official college student-- I had a great time! I was also lucky to meet my bestie this semester, Heidi! She is awesome! We have been hanging out ever since. Fish Camp was awesome because it gave me an opportunity to move onto campus knowing some awesome people before I even set foot into a classroom!
2. Moving Into My Dorm:
I moved into my dorm in a true Hall style- with 4 siblings, 2 parents, 4 in-laws, and 8 children running around. Needless to say, we only took two trips a-piece to move my insane amount of "necessities" into my dorm room ,and we put on a show while doing it! It was a really special day for me because I saw how excited my sisters were for me to carry on the family tradition of being an Aggie, as well as how my family loves me so much that they were willing to drive all the way to College Station, dress their babies in maroon attire, climb up four flights of stairs and help me put together a spectacular-looking dorm room. It is a memory that I will cherish forever!
3. Becoming a Delta Gamma:
Not even a week after moving into my dorm, I became part of Delta Gamma. I was so ecstatic to become part of the sisterhood that I have heard about my whole life because of my sisters, but as the semester went by, I became more excited for a different reason-- because I am constantly surrounded by a great group of friends that I will know will be there for me through thick and thin. From initiation, to Big Little Reveal, to social functions, to movies, to weekly meetings, to studying at the Deeg, I am so thankful to have such real, beautiful, and caring people in my life. It's ITB, y'all!

4. Aggie Fooball
One of my favorite things about last semester was becoming part of the 12th man. Being an Aggie in the student section is absolutely insane! I went to the first game with my Fish Camp, and then went with the Tobola Twins and Heidi, with DG sisters, and with my Kines bestie Rachel! It is truly amazing being part of the Spirit of Aggieland. There's nothing quite like being decked out in maroon and white and cowboy boots, waving a 12th man towel, and standing up for 4 hours straight. Oh- and did I mention we won the Cotton Bowl?! Yeah, it has been an amazing season

5. My Roommate
Believe it or not, my roommate, Stephanie, is awesome! While I hear my friends complain about roommate drama, I feel so blessed because my roommate and I have gotten along perfectly. We laugh all the time, make fun of each other, and help each other out (aka she helps me out). She is an amazing roommate and I am so sad that I have only one more semester left as her roomsie!
Thus far, college has left me with some pretty amazing memories! I cannot wait to see what God has in store for me this semester!
Thanks and Gig 'Em!
